Improving the access of disadvantaged populations to basic services in transport, water and sanitation.

Main activities
The objective is to promote sustainable and integrated urban development, to increase access to basic infrastructure at the local level, in particular transport, water and sanitation, and promote better integration of historically disadvantaged populations. The implementation of the projects will have positive effects on the environment and climate - including the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, leakage and water consumption - as well as on the preservation of urban ecosystems.
