Main objectives
Improved welfare for poor households in rural Sierra Leone

Main activities
The programme has three components: Component 1: Installing stand-alone 6kWp solar photovoltaic (sPV) systems in up to 90 community health clinics by the of end 2017; Component 2: Providing up to 80 new rural renewable sPV mini-grid operations in ways that demonstrate public-private service delivery models; and, Component 3: Technical assistance for design, procurement and implementation; and institutional and skills development for public agencies and local private entrepreneurs.
