Main objectives
The project supports the electricity sector reformed led by the government of Nigeria by highlighting professional education. The project aims to develop human capital, in order to have a direct impact on the productivity of companies.

Main activities
Development and implementation of reformed programs of education; developing technical and non-technical offers of education adapted to the needs of the industries as well as the authorities; modernizing NAPTIN network; creation and rehabilitation of technical platforms; equipment and installation acquisition; capacity building; governance reform; reforming the economic and organizational structure (procedures; financial management; human resources; follow-up, evaluation and marketing tools).
