To contribute to the improvement of member states' access to modern. efficient, liable, diversified, sustainable and renewable clean energies to competitive prices and contribute to global sustainable development.

Main activities
Creating a common regional strategy based on the development of competencies and institutions; developing an awareness campagn on the theme of renewable energy and energy efficiency; improving reglementation and environmental affairs by creating a database for wind farm and solar energies; developing norms and labels of efficiency for all types of buildings and equipment, stressing the electricity consumption and maximum consumption peak
